Alternative Testing Requests

Note: All alternative testing requests need to be submitted 48 hours prior to the exam. Alternative testing requests submitted with less than the 48 hours cannot be guaranteed.

Note: All volunteer notetaker forms need to be submitted to the Office of Disability Services for Students in order to receive adequate compensation (community hours and dusty dollars, when available). If our office doesn't receive a volunteer notetaker form, we can not honor the compensation to the student volunteer.
