Texas Education Code - Chapter 2114
Texas A&M International University is a strategic point of delivery for well-defined programs and services that improve the quality of life for citizens of the border region, the State of Texas, and national and international communities. Texas A&M International Customer Service Principles are:
- To conduct all University activities in a professional, courteous, efficient and timely manner
- To provide an environment conducive to the preparation of students for leadership roles in their professions
- To respond to the needs of students and the community in relation to programs and services
- To provide an internet site with information on University programs, services and contacts
- To provide information on University programs and services for public distribution
- To provide staff training to support courteous and efficient services
- To resolve issues with the best interest of the State, the University and the student in mind
- To respond to suggestions, requests and feedback in a timely manner
Questions and concerns may be addressed to any administrative staff member, from directors to the president. Complaints should be submitted in writing and addressed to Texas A&M International University. The Customer Relations representative, Steve Harmon, will provide prompt acknowledgment of a complaint in writing within five working days and a written response will be provided within fifteen working days.
