Earlier this summer there was news that Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) joined Antwerp University and Ghent University of Belgium for a virtual session of the International Seminar of the on-Screen Culture this past November.
OPINION: Student newspaper finds new home
Earlier this summer there was news that The Bridge Independent Student Newspaper was getting a new office, with a move to commence soon after.
We can currently be found in Pellegrino Hall, Room 220. The office is far more spacious than our previous one, as the former was a study room in the library, and all of the staff members feel a bigger sense of pride in working for us at the new location.

“The focus of TAMIU’s photography program is on a blending of artistic and narrative storytelling styles. Our theme of ‘Seasonal Narratives’ underscores how seasons allow us to change and refocus our vision of the world around us. Weather and time of year tells us a lot about our past and our present—seasons and their lighting create moods that add to the visual feel of those images. They can remind us of the stories of our youth or even reveal our hopes of the future.
