Fall 2024 Diploma Pick-Up/Mail-Out

Fall 2024 graduates can pick up their diploma at the Office of the University Registrar (ZSC 121) on January 10, 2025, or have it mailed through US Postal Mail. Electronic diplomas will be automatically sent to Dusty email addresses on January 10, 2025.

For diplomas to be mailed, students must go online via Uconnect to provide their diploma mailing address.

Follow these instructions to provide your diploma address information: 

  1. Login to Uconnect
  2. Click "My Records"
  3. Click "Personal Information"
  4. Click on "Add New" on the Address portion
  5. On "Type of address,"select "Diploma Mailing Address" from the drop-down menu
  6. Insert diploma mailing address and select "Add"
("Valid From This Date," "Address Line 1", "City," "State or Province," and "ZIP or Postal Code" are REQUIRED fields. All other fields are optional and may be left blank.

The deadline to submit diploma addresses is on January 10, 2025. 

Please be sure to clear all diploma holds (business office hold, financial aid hold, general hold placed by FPA, loaner laptop hold, study abroad service hours hold, and/or updated transcript required hold) to ensure diplomas will be released or delivered in a timely manner.
