If you are interested in purchasing a diploma remake or a digital diploma, you must submit the "Diploma Remake Order Form" form.

Notes:

• The diploma size is 14" X 11";
• The $30 fee is per diploma for electronic requests, pick-up requests, and domestic mailings.
• The $50 fee is per diploma for international mailings.
