Request an Enrollment Verification

Using Student Self-Service, you will be available to:
  • Download PDF-versions of your enrollment verification
  • Print enrollment verification certificates
  • View your enrollment history and verifications on request
  • Check loan deferments sent to your lenders
  • Link to real-time information on your student loans

You can access Student Self-Service by logging into Uconnect with your NetID and password.

  • Log in to Uconnect by using your NetID and password.
  • Click on the "My Records" icon.
  • Select the "Academic Records" option.
  • Click on the "Enrollment Verification" option on your left side menu.

Enrollment verifications can be requested by completing the Request for Certification form.

Please note: verifications may be done for the current term AFTER the census date and/or previous terms.

The form may be submitted in person, faxed, or scanned and emailed (along with your valid picture ID) for processing.
