TAMIU Rec Sports Summer ’23 Camp Announces Plans; Registration Underway
Before you know it, the summer will be upon us…as will the challenge of occupying the summer break enjoyed by children.
Texas A&M International University’s (TAMIU) Rec Sports Summer Camp has some robust options for children ages 5 – 13 at its Camp offered Mondays - Thursdays from 8 a.m. – 12 noon daily. The Camp begins Monday, June 5 and runs through Thursday, June 22, 2023.
Enrollment is now open. The deadline to apply is Friday, June 2. Registration is available online at go.tamiu.edu/recsummercamp. Spots are limited, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rec Sports Summer Campers can take part in several fun activities, including dance fitness, a Fine Arts showcase, leadership discussions, lifetime sports development, recreational games and Word of the Day exercises.
The Rec Sports Summer Camp cost is $240 per child. TAMIU students, alumni, faculty and staff members are eligible for a $30 discount.
Snacks are provided daily and each camper also receives a TAMIU Rec Sports Summer Camp T-shirt.
