TAMIU Observes Good Friday, Announces Early Closure April 18

Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) will observe a Texas A&M University System-authorized early release at noon on Good Friday, April 18, 2025.

No TAMIU classes are scheduled Friday. University offices will reopen Monday, April 21, 2025, at 8 a.m.

The Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library will also close at noon on Friday and remained closed through the weekend, reopening Monday, April 21 at 7:30 a.m.

The University’s Kinesiology, Wellness and Recreation Center will also close at noon on Friday and remained closed through the weekend, reopening Monday, April 21 at 6 a.m.

The City of Laredo Tennis Complex at TAMIU will close at noon Friday and remained closed through the weekend, reopening Monday, April 21 at 8 a.m.

Registration for Maymester, Summer and Fall 2025 semesters at TAMIU is now underway.
