TAMIU School Districts Career Fair Scheduled Wednesday
Aspiring educators are invited to attend the Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) School Districts Career Fair this Wednesday, April 24, from 1 - 3 p.m. at the Student Center Rotunda.
TAMIU students, alumni and the public are encouraged to attend. Individuals can RSVP for the event at https://go.tamiu.edu/SchoolDistrictsFair.
The Fair will feature 21 employers across Texas and beyond, including the Metropolitan Nashville Tennessee Public Schools. Statewide school districts in attendance at this year's School Districts Career Fair include Alice ISD, the Austin Independent School District, Killeen Independent School District, Pflugerville ISD, Round Rock Independent School District, and San Antonio ISD.
Representatives from local school districts, Laredo ISD and United ISD, will also attend.
Employers will relay information regarding current hiring needs, job openings, qualifications, required certifications, and any job-related questions. Attendees are highly recommended to bring copies of their resumes and should dress in business-professional attire.
