Benefits

Below is a summary of benefits available to eligible employees at Texas A&M International University. These employees receive vacation leave, sick leave, paid holidays, and are eligible for emergency leave. These employees are also eligible for insurance benefits. Depending on their position, some are eligible for participation in the Optional Retirement Program (ORP). All other eligible employees participate in the Teacher Retirement System (TRS).
