TAMIU All Majors Career Fair Held

Those looking to begin or switch up their career pathways were invited to attend the Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) Spring 2025 All Majors Career Fair Wednesday, March 19 in the Student Center Ballroom.
While current TAMIU students and alumni were encouraged to attend, the fair was open to all.
Some 20+ employers attended the TAMIU Spring 2025 All Majors Career Fair.
Employers present at the Fair included the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, the Border Region Behavioral Health Center, the Hill Country Youth Ranch, the Laredo Independent School District, Mission Produce Inc., Peace Corps, Schneider Electric, the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, and more.

Attendees brought copies of their updated resume and prepared a 30-second “elevator pitch.” Individuals were encouraged to dress business professional as job recruiters were conducting on-site interviews.
In addition to the Career Fair, a series of workshops geared toward students and alumni were held prior to the event to help prepare individuals for employment.
