Business Plan Workshop Offered by TAMIU SBDC Aug. 31
All businesses need a business plan. Learn to write one with a business plan workshop offered by the Texas A&M International University Small Business Development Center (TAMIU SBDC).
The workshop will be held on Friday, Aug. 31, from 9 a.m. - noon at the Laredo Development Foundation, 616 Leal Street. Fee for the seminar is $20 and each participant will receive Linda Pinzon's “Anatomy of a Business Plan: a Step-by-Step Guide to Building a Business and Securing your Company's Future.”
Business plans are an important part of successful business. This workshop will help prospective business owners interested in:
- Starting or buying a business
- Financing or refinancing his or her business
- Raising debt or equity capital.
A business plan helps identifies hidden business flaws and helps entrepreneurs think carefully about each phase of business.
Business plans help owners gain in-depth knowledge about their business that will make it easier to answer lenders' questions. The process of writing a business plan will clarify what is involved in making a business work successfully.
