Due to the threat of severe winter weather, TAMIU will be closed on Tuesday, Jan. 21.
  • Offices closed Monday, Jan. 20 (MLK Day)
  • Offices closed & classes cancelled Tuesday, Jan. 21
  • Regular office hours resume Wednesday, Jan. 22 at 8 a.m.

TAMIU Holds On-site Registration at Area High Schools

Texas A&M International University will continue on-site registration at area high schools thorough out April. TAMIU representatives will be at area high schools from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The schedule is as follows:

Friday, April 2 - Martin High School

Monday, April 5 and Tuesday, April 6 - United South High School

Thursday, April 8 - Cigarroa High School

Friday, April 16 - Nixon High School

Thursday, April 22 - United High School

Gina De La Miyar González, associate director of the Office of Admissions, explained students who have completed their application to TAMIU will be able to register for classes for both summer and fall semesters.

"Students who have not yet applied will be able to, and can meet with financial aid counselors as well as learn about orientation, housing opportunities, and necessary testing," she said.
